Q: Will I get a replacement upon request?

A: Visit the My Orders Tab to check the status of your replacement. Mostly, the replacement item will be delivered to you at the time of pick up.

If there are any other areas listed, then the replacement is initiated after the original delivered item is picked up.

Note: Check your SMS and Email for replacement requests made.

Q: Can items be returned after the period of Return Policy?

A: No.          

Q: I had cancelled My Order. But it’s not showing as cancelled?

A: There may be two reasons:

  • Item already delivered.
  • The item bought is not refundable.

Q: What do I need to do to get a refund?

A: Tharakans returns the refund only if the product sent is either sealed or product packed not broken.

 If the order is Cash On Delivery, we request you to please bring the DOA (Dead or Alive) Letter along with the Acknowledgement of the Service Center wherever applicabe.  (In case of Mobiles) and /or the appliance in person.

 All orders will be kept on hold for 2 days (48 Hrs), if not received by the customer on time. After which the mobile or product would be discarded or disposed off.

 Q: Offers Refunds?

A: All ordered products processed and confirmed by the customer, are subject to generation of Invoice or Bill for the benefit of the customer. All discount coupons or vouchers with the prescribed amount are necessary to be quoted at the time of the refund.
